  • 1954 Robert Jirka re-opens his business post-war, expansion and modernization
  • 1974 Josef Göbel acquires Edmund Göbel's company
  • 1982 Relocation to the new company headquarters in Fladnitz, Styria
  • 1994 Expansion of the company in Fladnitz
  • 1996 Opening of the new glazier's workshop in Passail, Styria
  • 1978 Establishment of the consortium R.Jirka-J.Göbel
  • 1996 Establishment of the R.Jirka GmbH & Co KG and consolidation with the Göbel-Jirka carpenter's workshops
  • 2007 Göbel-Jirka carpenter's workshops relocate to Vienna and take over Seliger GmbH
  • 2007 Establishment of Materio GmbH, holding company (FN 295113 s)
  • 2011 Materio Gmbh acquires the ARTEX Art Services know-how and establishes ARTEX 2012 Gmbh
